Kira's Salty Aphorisms

Kira passed away in 1997, but first embued her kids with a sense of wonder for music, for art, and for language. You can read more about her here. This page is the promised list of silly and sometimes profound sayings that her kids remember. The tune "whole lotta" that is on the "Ampersand" CD pays tribute to one of those, one that is both silly and profound. It was her motto during difficult periods of chemotherapy, and her way of saying that hard times can pave the way for better days ahead....
